I took a film class both 7th and 8th grade and in those classes I learned how to use Adobe Premiere Pro. Honestly, I think it’s very overrated in some cases. The whole process of downloading the pictures and putting them in order with constant issues because of the softwares layout. In our last project, we had to create a music video. I spent 4 hours editing our video on Adobe Premiere after watching videos on Youtube for tips and tricks. My partner Pablo spent 10 minutes editing the video on Cap Cut on his phone, and it came out better than mine. Because the software is free, I initially thought that it was going to be a bad editing software. I stand corrected
Both Adobe Premiere and Cap Cut are both popular video editing software packages. Cap Cut is amazing because it allows you to edit the basic things for free.
Adobe Premiere is a professional-level program, and is more expensive than Cap Cut. It offers more sophisticated tools for editing and effects, a wider range of media formats, and more precise audio and video control. It also has a large community of users, and offers a wide range of tutorials and support.
Cap Cut is a free and easy-to-use program, and is more suitable for beginners. It can be used to create simple videos quickly, and offers basic editing features like trimming and cropping. Sometimes, I feel like Adobe is obviously superior because of the more professional level program. But, I am not sitting on the fact that Cap Cut can also get the job done. I will have a discussion with my team when the time comes and we will figure out what editing software we’re going to end up using. Stay tuned!
